I was here for 7 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for lunch or dinner. All members of the staff were superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating. Location: the hotel was very close to TO THE SHOPPING STREET AND THE LAKE, the center of Hamburg close to all the restaurants and shops and the Gänsemarkt metro station.
